DANIEL BRAJAL VEIGA is a lawyer, arbitrator and professor. He holds a PhD in Civil
Procedural Law from PUC-SP, a Master's degree in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP, a
postgraduate degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law from Escola Paulista de Direito
and a Law degree from PUC-SP.
He has more than 15 years of professional experience,
having worked at renowned law firms in Brazil, where he was involved in strategic litigation
for important national and international companies from the most varied economic
segments.
He is a guest professor at several educational institutions in the country,
among them PUC-SP and Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He is the author of books and
legal articles and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law - IBDP.

PUC-SP, holds a Master's degree in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP, a postgraduate degree
in Civil Procedural Law from COGEAE/PUC-SP and is a Bachelor of Laws from PUC-SP.
He
is an assistant professor at PUC-SP in Civil Procedural Law and a guest professor at Escola
Superior de Advocacia da OAB/SP. He acts in strategic litigation, Public Law, arbitration
